- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependant on individual property and services desired. All service pricing from basic, limited Home-watch to complete Property Management is then determined by mutual agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is preferred to schedule a 'meet and greet' in person if possible, where we can discuss the customers goals and expectations concerning the investment property. Then, we will be able to customize a plan that addresses all of the needs and concerns as well as price quote for those services. Each property differs to a degree and will receive a personal plan to reduce the risk and maximize the returns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years experience both personally & professionally with great success in dealing with investment properties. I am a proud member of Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, am a licensed Realtor and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education.
