Exceeded our expectations for quality workmanship, price and timing.
We needed the roof completely replaced to meet the guidelines of the insurance company. They provided a reasonable bid which was lower than many of the other contractors. They were willing to meet our timeline and also offered additional suggestions to help lower our insurance bill.
We are 100% satisfied with every aspect of the job.
I have lived in SW Florida for 22 years and have required many home repair services and I have been consistently disappointed in the low quality work for the high dollar.
Roman Roofing is the exception and I would strongly recommend them.

We are a 10 unit, 2 story condo in Cape Coral. Response from Roman was within 2 days of contact on Thumbtack. Quote was very professional and complete. Price was not the lowest of 4, but we felt they were best suited to do our job. They started the job on time and completed as quoted, not very common in Florida !! Management supervised the job very closely. The workers were conscientious of the property while on the job site. Nail cleanup was good, but could have been better. We highly recommend this company.

Needed re mediation to address home inspection report that listed A/C, Roofing and Water in walls. Received a call to address all items and place them into a report that I was able to use to counter and show the identified problems were resolved. I would definitely use them again.Thanks for being prompt and professional - not always so easily found these days.
