After working with Pool Armor Pros for a little over a month, I can confidently say they prioritize professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care. Mr. Brenden has been exceptional from day one. I receive detailed weekly reports of all work completed, uploaded straight to my portal so I can review everything at my convenience. Recently, a situation came up with my water bill showing an unexpected 7,000 gallons of usage. I pulled the city’s detailed usage logs and asked for clarification, especially since the pool had never been drained. Instead of getting defensive, Brenden handled the concern exactly how a true professional should. He went through his technician’s records with me, compared timelines with the city’s data, proposed identifying and repairing any possible leaks (with warranty), and reassured me that he would personally ensure the water valve was shut off after every visit. His demeanor remained calm, helpful, and collaborative the entire time. He approached the situation with the mindset of solving the problem together… and I genuinely appreciate that level of integrity and service. He’s absolutely earned my business. Highly recommended.

One of the best pool companies out there! I spent about 3 weeks calling every single pool company in swfl to find someone to help me with an above ground pool and no one does them. Except this company! I had a green swamp. Less than a week and its clear and ready to use! Would recommend to anyone with a pool.
