So this is an interesting situation. They came to see if they could fix the countertops that were wrongly installed. The gentleman Alex was very nice and extremely professional. He gave me an estimate of $700. Then when the guy actually came to fix it. It was $1100. We were willing to pay it but we're not happy with the results. The countertop is not evenly on the cabinets. The trim is not cut professionally..if you know anything it should be cut at a 45 degree angle to form a flush 90. He didn't do exactly what we asked. Then came back and tried to charge me again for trim and I told him I thought it was included..so he ended up letting it go. Just very upsetting. The installer was very nice also. Just the quality of work is poor. On top of that, they broke my microwave handle when installing the counters.. which unexpectedly cost $200 to replace this specific one. After finding that out I was furious and just disappointed. Probably be best to go with a highly reputable company.
