FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to keep my pricing in the middle so that everyone is comfortable with me as the contractor. I never want someone to feel as if I'm taking advantage or if it is priced too low that I'm going to do bad work. I've been told I'm too nice, and that hurts me at times, but I know contractors have a bad rep, so I do my best to keep everything transparent and honest with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st a phone convo, talk about job scope. then set up a day and time that works best for both parties to do on-site rundown. after that, I do an itemized estimate and send it to the customer's email. then a day or so do a follow up phone call to go over estimate or any other questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bunch of construction knowledge from years of work experience as well as project management course certification
