John communicated with me immediately and offered an estimate based on my request and images instead of having to play the game of giving a price when he showed up. He came on time and did the work perfectly. I even had him install a faucet in the outdoor area that was not foreseen. I liked him so much that I am recommending him to all of my neighbors.
