Fast-Teks Professional Services offers small businesses a complete managed care program that enables us to support all the computers and devices on the network. This allows us to react quickly and effectively, either remotely or by dispatching one of our certified technicians for immediate on-site support. Its not a remote support service. Our Managed Care services provide features and benefits that stand out far beyond other local computer services companies in this area. This solution is designed to provide data security and quality support for your systems. We dont access your systems or your data without your knowledge and permission. To support this service, a small program is installed on each computer. This program only sends out Alert information, when needed, to our technicians. There is no two-way traffic for this information. The program is designed to seek out symptoms of about 30 of the most common causes of computer failure. Some symptoms include low hard drive space and hard driver errors, missing or outdated operating system security patches and fixes, out of date antivirus definitions, and a host of other symptoms. In addition to seeking out symptoms, the program also performs regular, routine maintenance on each computer. Some maintenance include Malwarebytes scans, deleting of temporary files & cookies, spyware scans, and OS patch deployment. Features include Hardware Replacement, Local and Off-Site data backup, Daily routine maintenance and proactive system care. We even have an enterprise Antivirus solution as well as my services in business analysis and system design. These features as well as many more, makes this program far more effective than the solutions offered by other local computer companies. The best part of this program is that it costs a fraction of what it would cost to fix problems After they happen. Our pricing plan for these services start at only $14.99 per month per computer and can go as high as $100 per month depending on the options and features that the business needs.
