I recently began working with Jeremy with the goal of him helping to tone and build muscle definition. He responded within just a few minutes of my initial inquiry and patiently answered all my questions! He also provided me with a meal plan which I love. He is a great trainer who knows how to push you to get results. I am looking forward to my journey with him! He is knowledgeable, professional and a great motivator.

Coach Jeremy took his time explaining the importance & functionality of fitness. Coach made sure my workout schedule was customizable for my tedious professional lifestyle. Training with Coach Jeremy requires attentive disciple and integral perseverance. That said - any student or athlete with STRONG ethical contributions are more than welcome to join Coach Jeremy. The more you see me the better the price. I also do have a student athlete price.

Finding out there goals. Then there commitment level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Tri-Sport Athlete in H.S. And when on to play D-1 basketball. I have been coaching for 20 years and 3 of my guys are currently in the NBA
