Gordon was great to work with. He was prompt at communication as well as arrival on site. He quoted me a fair price and did what he needed to do to get the job done. I had him install a kitchen range hood vent and had him connect the new duct work to my existing roof vent, so that it is a fully functional kitchen vent.

Our one year old Trane HVAC unit stopped working three days after annual maintenance service was performed on it. We called the company that did the original installation and was told the low voltage wiring was blowing fuse. For a whole week, they weren’t able to come fix it. So we called another company, which had a 5 star rating on Thumbtack. The diagnosis was that the outside board was bad. We waited another week for the technician to order and to come change the board. A week later, the technician told me Trane sent him the board for the air handler instead of the condenser. We then contacted Gordon. He responded very quickly. He came the next morning, turned on the unit, checked everything and told me there’s nothing wrong with the system. The system is indeed working. Had we contacted Gordon initially, we wouldn’t have to live 10 days with the heatwave with no air conditioning. Highly recommended.
