I’m very happy with the work they did! They removed the popcorn ceilings throughout my entire 2,200 sq ft house, and also painted one of the rooms. The team worked quickly, protected everything really well, and cleaned up after themselves.
I was a little nervous choosing a company for such a big project, but I’m really glad I chose them. I’ve already recommended them to several friends who asked for their contact information. I would definitely hire them again!

Pete & his team were awesome! I was able to schedule in less than 2 weeks, crew showed up exactly on time @ 7:30 AM on Monday and they got to work. Two & a half days later, entire house (which included vaulted ceilings) had popcornremoved, knockdown applied, recessed lighting added to kitchen & closet, and ceilings painted. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Went with this contractor because this is what they do, not something they do on the side with a spray bottle & paint scraper. Highly recommend them.

I just purchased a new home in the beginning of November and was moving in before the day before Thanksgiving. I had decided to remove the popcorn and do knockdown texture on short notice. As I looked up contractors near my home I came across 5 Star and read their reviews then decide to call them and left them a message. Quickly Pete responded and come out the next day to give me a bid. The bid was VERY reasonable then I hired them. They came out on time and very professional employees including their trucks & uniforms. The work took longer then expected and they even worked on Saturday & Sunday to complete the project for me. I was so impressed I had them do additional work Crown molding. I work for Attorney's Morgan & Morgan as an Appraiser I have seen 1,000's of damaged & repaired homes and I can highly recommend Pete & 5 Star contractors to anyone!
