- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer FREE ESTIMATES ! Our regular hourly rate is $95/hr and one time trip charge of $30. We offer competitive pricing, we will match or beat other prices out there. We warranty all our work and we warranty material if we provide the material for your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- We look at the scope of work and either charge by hourly rate or flat rate. 2- We communicate with you either by phone or email. 3- We send someone out to give you an estimate and if you choose us to do the work we schedule it at your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 12+ years of experience in both residential and commercial projects. We are experienced in all aspects of electrical. We are a qualified servicing company and we stand behind our work.
