- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All cakes are made from scratch and are frosted with handmade Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Cakes start at $5/serving. Prices may vary depending on many factors including flavors, desired number of servings, level of difficulty for decorations, flavors, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers by speaking with them and getting an in-depth understanding of who they are and what they are looking for in the finished product. This way I am able to cater to their needs and hopefully exceed their exceptions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Baking & Pastry Arts at Sullivan University in Louisville, KY. I have over 8 years experiences working in various fast paced bakeries.
