He was on time and did a wonderful job re-stucco a large wall section and under 2 second story windows. Once it is painted you can not tell that it was ever patched! He arrived to give an estimate and once we agreed on a price he immediately went to work to fix it. He also noted that our chimney needed painting (we were in middle of painting the exterior ourselves) he took care of that and a small crack he found. He was very reasonable, efficient, and very skilled. We highly recommended him"See more

We called Soslam because a smoke/Co2 detector right outside our bedroom started beeping every 60 seconds Saturday morning, and our townhouse maintenance told us it was not an emergency and they wouldn’t come until some time on Monday. It was driving us absolutely insane. He showed up and literally fixed the problem in seconds. The detector was about 11 feet up on the wall and we didn’t have a ladder, so we couldn’t reach it ourselves. He removed it immediately and saved our sanity. After that, we asked about a few other maintenance issues around the house (blinds, closet doors, vanity drawers). He quickly identified what the problems were and explained how he could fix them whenever we’re ready. We also asked if he could haul away a pile of boxes and junk from our garage, and he agreed to take care of it on the spot for just a little more than the original estimate, which we really appreciated. On top of that, he gave us advice on getting the garage into great shape, including removing old mud dauber stains and potentially epoxying the floor. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. What started as a small emergency turned into finding someone we’ll definitely be calling again for a full punch list of projects around the house. Thank you!"See more

Pete & his team were awesome! I was able to schedule in less than 2 weeks, crew showed up exactly on time @ 7:30 AM on Monday and they got to work. Two & a half days later, entire house (which included vaulted ceilings) had popcorn removed, knockdown applied, recessed lighting added to kitchen & closet, and ceilings painted. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Went with this contractor because this is what they do, not something they do on the side with a spray bottle & paint scraper. Highly recommend them.
