- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and based on doing the job the right way, using good materials and proper techniques. I don’t cut corners. Quotes include labor, materials, and clean-up. I usually ask for a 30–40% deposit and the rest at the end. Discounts are available for full-house projects or repeat clients. I accept *****, *****, ****, or **********************.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free estimate and explain every step of the job. Once we schedule, we protect the area, do all the repairs or popcorn removal, apply primer and paint, and finish with a full clean-up. I like to keep good communication with the customer from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned through years of hands-on experience, working in real projects that involved drywall repairs, ceiling textures, interior and exterior painting, and water damage restoration. Over the years, I’ve trained my team to follow the right preparation and finishing process. I also stay updated with new products, materials, and techniques to make sure every job looks great and lasts long.
