We will do what ever is possible to maintain your satisfaction with our work. We can fix almost anything but if fail to fix your device, we have a “No Fix, No Charge,” policy in place to protect you. Jeremy is very efficient. Highly recommended. Our main office computer crashed during an update limiting our operation. He got here on a short notice, early in the morning and resolved the issues. What else can you ask for? I think we just found our IT guy for good!

I use my computer for a living and more than half a day of downtime can kill me. Jeremy is fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I've used him twice now for a computer hardware install and a boot issue I had and he got me up and going very quickly. If I need any computer or other device repairs (he fixes phones and TVs too!) I plan to call Jeremy!

I recently found my old HP laptop in fathers garage and unfortunately my laptop screen would not turn on. I really needed to have my computer fixed so I could retrieve all of my photos and documents. I contacted iDevice Services and explained to him the situation with my laptop and immediately he knew what could be the issue. He offered to come pick up my laptop and he showed up on time. He kept me informed throughout the process of fixing my laptop, which was great. Within 48 hrs or so he delivered my laptop to me and the screen is working perfectly. The only thing I wish I would've known upfront that there is a fee for picking up my laptop besides that the service was great! I definitely would call iDevice Services for any other computer issues I may have in the future.
