- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Water Test Assesment. Free Estimate. No charge or fees per our visit. Military and Senior Citizens Discounts (10%) Financing Available. No Down Payment and No Interest if qualify. Our prices are very competitive but more importantly is that we make sure you're getting the right solution for your need. Not all water treatment systems are the same and not all waters are treated the same way. If you have well water the approach will be different than having city water. That's why our aim is to work on customized solutions to give peace of mind to our customers that what they are buying is what they really need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
* First contact by phone via text or voice: Collect their needs and answer their concerns and doubts to make them feel listened and confident on the solution they are looking for. * Asses the job personally in the house: Review all technical aspects of the project according to house configuration. Perform a water test to determine water parameters for equipment design. * Present and discuss technical and economical solutions to the customer in terms of their needs and expectations. * If agreed we will set up date and time for installation and completion of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of experience in water business at Industrial and Residential Level. Worked in Oil and Gas Industry for 10 years as a Field Enginner treating water efluents. We are members of the National Water Quality Association and are always involved in the most up to date training sessions.
