** Update from the prior review. Dev reached out to me to apologize for being unable to respond and shared that he had been in the hospital for the last 22 days. He was very kind and sincerely apologetic. Life throws us many curveballs and as fellow human beings, citizens and neighbors, we should be quick to reconcile all relationships and accounts, God willing if at all possible. While my situation has been resolved by another contractor, I will definitely reach out to Dev when another opportunity arises.
