FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, property size, and testing requirements. There are no hidden fees. We provide upfront quotes before scheduling, and any optional services are clearly explained in advance. While we don’t compete on being the cheapest, we focus on delivering thorough, science-based assessments and clear reporting. Discounts may be available for bundled services or repeat clients—just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At AIR Resolutions, the process typically begins with an conversation with our licensed assessor. During this initial conversation, the assessor and customer will determine the most appropriate type of assessment for the property. Once the assessment type is confirmed, the assessor will schedule the appointment directly with the customer. Appointments generally take between one and four hours, depending on the size of the property and the severity of the situation. After the assessment is complete, payment is required before the report can be released. Reports are usually available within two business days, as this time allows for proper laboratory processing of samples. Once the report is ready, it will be sent to the customer, and the assessor is always available to review the findings and answer any questions about the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner and assessor, Timothy Crain is a Florida Licensed Mold Assessor under the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR). Tim is also a Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI) through the Professional Mold Inspection Institute (PMII) and a Certified Environmental Allergen Assessor through NORMI (National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors). In addition to his personal credentials, AIR Resolutions is an IICRC-Certified Firm, ensuring that every inspection and report follows the highest national standards for testing accuracy, ethics, and client safety.
