Pestwise did an excellent job locating expired animals in my attic. They reported that I had a rodent problem, big time. Everything was documented, and we were very pleased with their job of removal of all the old insulation, disinfection of the area, closure of all entry points into the roofline, re-insulation with rodent resistant and monthly post-treatment, check ups with bait boxes outside the house. We are so glad we found Pestwise! Tony was wonderful and all of the techs are polite, conscious about mess, and friendly.

We heard a lot of clunking around in our attic and assumed we had a raccoon in our attic. I went onto Thumbtack to make a query for Raccoon removal. This was on a Sunday evening around 7:30 PM. I had a call from them soon thereafter! I was so surprised! We made an arrangement for Taylor to come the next day to do the removal!! He was right on time and he heard the clunking around. He said it could also be a rat, and if so, the price would be lower. When he peeked in the attic he said, ‘I have good news! It’s not a raccoon!’ He removed the rat that was caught in a trap, and humanely disposed of it. He then did an inspection of the perimeter of our house and up on the roof to see where they were getting in. He found that we had entry points at each corner of our garage door. He made recommendations on how to remove any others that still may be in the attic. It was definitely a 5 star, thorough service call. The technician, Tyler was knowledgeable and kind. Great company!
