Have not yet received the appraisal, but the appraiser was a pleasure to work with. He was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, prompt. I would not hesitate to use this company again, should I have the need.

I needed a Certified Appraisal for my upcoming Bankruptcy Case. I live out of state and have property in Florida. I ask my family and friends for help finding an Appraiser but had no luck and my time was getting short.
I decided to look one up on the internet. My Florida Home Appraisal popped up with some others and I decided to review the their ad. It listed all types of appraisals that they do. Bankruptcy was listed as one of their specialty with many other types.
I called the phone number and left my message. The next day Mr. Wojciech Leja called me back and made arrangements for my Appraisal. I received my Certified Appraisal a few days after the home was inspected.
I am a part time Real Estate agent and I have seen several Appraisals before. But this Appraisal was the most detailed one I have ever seen. I could tell that they took their time searching for comparable homes and working hard on the Analysis.
I am completely Satisfied with my Certified Appraisal that they gave me and it meets my requested needs.
All my friends know I am a very meticulous person and if My Florida Home Appraisal can satisfy me I know they will satisfy you. I will definitely use them again. Great job My Florida Home Appraisal and Thank You very much. JB

When I needed the services expedited there was no problem. He was always available and responsive by phone. He showed up early to conduct services. He has professional acumen. Delivered appraisal exceeded my expectations in terms of the timeliness in which it was processed.
