People often do the bare minimum, just what is expected and nothing more. I understand that in order to stand out, you need to enjoy what you are doing and deliver in excess. I consider myself lucky to call bartending my "job" and it shows. I know how to act in every situation and people love me (not too humble, just true). It's the perfect job for someone who wants to be constantly entertained. He scenery and people change constantly.
