- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent: you know the final price for the tub or the “tub + tile” package up front, with no hidden fees. We offer flexible discounts and special deals for multiple bathrooms or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we review photos or inspect the tub and tile, discuss your goals, timing, and price so you fully understand the process before we start. On the service day, we protect the area, prepare the surface, apply our Zero VOC coating, and leave your bathroom clean and ready to use according to the drying guidelines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have specialized training in bathtub refinishing and working with Zero VOC epoxy coatings, including safety procedures for occupied homes. We regularly update our skills, learning new materials and techniques so the finish lasts as long as possible.
