FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on the scope of the work. Handy man jobs are generally $40.00 per hour. Jobs that require more than one person will be determined when viewing the project. If it is a job larger than $1,000.00 then progress payments will be set up. If it is less than $1,000.00 then half before we start and half upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer has contacted me a time and day to set up an estimate is the next step. We will then discuss the scope of the project and determine if there are any permits that are needed. If drawings are needed they can be done by us or sometimes we may need to get an architect. After all terms and the scope of the work is agreed upon both parties. A contract will be drawn up and signed by both the contractor and the customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
