My story was more of a saga initially. I used another AC company that I had a service plan with but, every time they came out it was a huge bill (even without being charged a service fee). The only good thing they sold me on was a fresh-aire UV light. When I started having problems again (this year) I found Bay Breeze. I also signed up for their service plan. Well, my AC unit was having one issue after another -- they came out each time and although I paid for whatever repair was made I never felt taken advantage of or that the price was ridiculously high. Well, the last two times they came out (about a week and then 2 days ago) Zach confirmed that I needed a new AC unit (my old one was 10 years old and I had problems with it for about 2 years). Needless to say, I panicked and was going to get a second and third opinion but, I slept on it and decided to go with Bay Breeze. Although having a new AC unit installed is crazy expensive I am confident that I made the right choice when I used Bay Breeze. Then right before the appointment I had an issue; Todd called me and it was immediately remedied. My new unit was installed today by Junior and Dillion. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and worked very well together -- they took the job seriously and were respectful young men. They got the job done about three hours and I have cool air throughout my home -- YAY ME!!! I also learned a few things as well. I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Air Conditioning and Heating to family, friends, and neighbors. Thanks.

Was having an AC issue & called Bay Breeze as they serviced me the same day, which was great & I had Zachary (AC tech) come to my property as he was very transparent, communicative, friendly & helped solve the issue very quickly - will definitely use him again in the near future if need AC issue resolved. 10/10 experience!
