The team did a great job repairing my TXV — the technicians who came out were professional and got the work done well. My only feedback is around availability and responsiveness to questions. Both the technicians on-site and I had some questions that came up during the process, and it was a bit slow getting answers — we were often deferred to the office, and I still haven't had a chance to circle back and get those answered. A bit more responsiveness on the communication side would make this a five-star experience.

Overall, solid repair work, just some room to improve on how quickly questions get answered.

Mason did an excellent job of re-diagnosing my AC issues after another company (not on Thumbtack) lost my confidence. James and Hunter were excellent. I ended up with a well priced new AC unit and avoided throwing money at an aging unit month after month. They gained my trust from the first day. Excellent at explaining things with "no pressure" service.
