Handyman should not keep asking for more money after agreeing on bid. should sand/roughen surface before painting. Fix damages that occur in the process of work. Holes from screws he placed, sanding damage, bring a shop vacuum. Door still does not close correctly after he asked me to go get a new door shoe and kept working on it, including sanding my floor.
