Responded to a W10 issue and determined all files / programs lost. Rebuilt laptop with W7 again, and restored all possible programs, plus added temp AV and my printer drivers. Provided good professional advice on how to avoid situation in future. All done in ~24 hours while working other projects.

My Dell PC would not even boot up due to an error on my part. After Justin finished, it boots quickly and without the original problem I was trying to fix. Fortunately, I had Carbonite running and the restore is running well. Justin was pleasant to work with and obviously skilled. Great service with reasonable prices.

I try to work within the customer's budget. As well as being reasonable so that they can call me in the future as well if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Science degree in Information Technology. Also,I am enrolled in the World Education University. And I read up on the latest security/tech news when I am able.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a passion of mine since a young age. And then I went to school and got my science degree in Information Technology.
