Extremely congenial, professional and knowledgeable. Service was prompt, thorough and considerably less expensive than the charge quoted by Apple. Repair could not be accomplished upon initial examination, so it was sent to the Largo facility where it was found, as suspected, that the logic board would, unfortunately, have to be replaced. The store called on a Saturday to let me know all the details and offer me the opportunity to either have it fully repaired, or to simply pay a low and very reasonable $25.00 fee for the exam and testing. If I should need any computer technical assistance in the future, Digital NinjaZ is definitely going to be my go to provider. Highly recommended.

As someone else indicated (and they have yet to improve upon) their communication is lacking, to say the least. They were unable to do the data recovery in house and had to send to level 2. I realize this is another company doing this, but as the liaison, Digital Ninjaz should be on top of providing updates, even if to indicate that it's a work in progress. They had my drive for 8 months -not anywhere near the 2-3 they said it could be on the higher end. I received two updates during this time-every other time I initiated the call and they always said they would call me back with an update and never did. I finally got a message saying the recovery was successful, but when I called back to find out when I could get it, no one knew anything. A month after that, they finally confirmed the recovery was unsuccessful and that I would need to go to Level 3. Also, they don't tell you, but the processes they run can actually damage the drive further. Before I went to them, I used someone else who was able to get some of the data from the drive. But, they were doing this on the side and I thought having a company whose sole purpose is in this function would mean success and get it done quicker. I should have stuck with the original person.
