- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Next, we schedule an on-site visit (or virtual consultation if needed) to review the scope of work and answer questions. After that, you receive a clear, written estimate with options when possible. Once approved, we handle permits, scheduling, and coordination, keep you updated throughout the project, and complete the job with a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations.
