I hired TR Maintenance and Management to complete some interior renovations in my 1940s bungalow. These guys are perfectionists who really care about the quality of their work. They do not stop until the project is done right and meets their very high standards. Also, they were extremely courteous and considerate and took time to answer all my questions.
I'm so happy to have found these honest, knowledgeable, and experienced contractors. TR Maintenance and Management deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Although they could not resolve the issue due to it being a lot more complex than originally thought, they took the time to try and help and didn't charge anything. They pointed us in the right direction.

Timothy Rein and his team from TR Maintenance and Management, LLC are reliable, trustworthy, efficient and affordable. They put in outside motion lights to protect our house and also fixed old electrical work that could have caused us a large problem down the road. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
