- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing takes into consideration the fact that I offer a variety of good quality products with the option of hypoallergenic and green. I also make sure to bring brand new sponges (disposable) for each customer at every service. It costs a little more to guarantee a higher standard of hygiene. I also go on details regardless of how long it takes. Many cleaners are more focused on rushing out the service to do more houses in a day and make more money or to go home early.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As much as possible, I offer a free estimate visit, then schedule the cleaning, keep them aware of what to expect from the service, and make sure they are satisfied before leaving. Working is not only about making money. It's also about serving a purpose and attending to the customer‘s needs.
