Working with Julien was a pleasure. I was impressed with his level of professionalism. He was incredibly responsive and flexible with my work schedule and quoted me a reasonable price to remove various items from my yard, including a very dense/heavy patio set. I had Jack Spades take down my old aluminum lanai for me, and they were awesome!!! They gave me a fair quote, responded to me quickly, and even asked my permission before they drove their trailer across my lawn when arriving for the job. They checked in with me throughout the day as they were working, and they were easy to pay… no dealing with Zelle etc., they just sent me a direct invoice where I could pay through a website. They sent me photos of the job when it was done and checked in with me later that day to ensure I was satisfied. VERY impressed with these guys, highly recommend!! Thanks so much!!
