- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the amount of space your items take up and the labor involved. We provide clear, upfront pricing after a quick walkthrough so there are no surprises. All pricing includes loading, hauling, and proper disposal. There are no hidden fees. Additional charges may apply for heavy items, stairs, long carries, or specialty disposal, and those are always discussed before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning a bit about what needs to be removed and your location. In many cases, we can give a price range upfront and then confirm the exact price on-site after a walkthrough. Once approved, we handle all the loading and hauling, clean up the area, collect payment, and send a receipt. Our goal is to make the process easy and stress-free from start to finish.

Our team is trained in safe lifting practices, efficient loading techniques, and proper disposal methods. We understand how to protect homes and properties during removal and follow local disposal and recycling guidelines to ensure items are handled responsibly.
