I was very impressed with the prompt response, professionalism and the quality of work. I mistaking locked myself out of a room in my house. It was not an easy job unlocking the door because of the type of door knob and lock. David was patient and worked diligently, and he was successful in unlocking the door without causing any damage to the door. I was also very happy that I did not end up requiring a new door knob and lock, thanks to David’s persistence and diligence. I want to also add that he did not charge me extra for spending more time on the job than anticipated. I definitely recommend this business and will hire again for all my lock installation/repair needs.
