I called these guys and requested proposal. I then followed up three separate times with Tiffany in the office regarding no shows. I just called again today after another no show and again she acknowledged that the estimator missed my home again. I made it clear I was ready to move forward as soon as I had estimate. No thanks at this point. If this is how hard it is to get a quote then I will never trust doing actual business with them.

We would like to apologize for the dispatch error. We're currently utilizing an automated system that was newly implemented this month and you among another 5 customers were affected.
