We had a great experience with Zach from Zero Mold. Right from the beginning, Zach was extremely responsive, coming out to take a look at our issue within 24 hours of our inquiry. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and walked us through all the possibilities that we could be facing during his consultation. After meeting him, it was an easy decision to proceed with his services, and we got on his schedule a few days later. He worked quickly and efficiently, was extremely tidy and precise. He was very communicative along the way, giving us updates as he worked. Our situation ended up being the better case scenario, and he even adjusted our final invoice to reflect the work he ended up not needing to do.Zack was great to work with, very fairly priced, and overall we are very happy with his services.

Zach is a hero. He was super responsive, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job! I am so appreciative of the work he did and how quickly he responded. The house even smelled sanitized after he was complete. He did a wonderful job, and my house was much happier after Zach's touch!

We noticed mold build up on the frame right next to the shower sliding door.The landlord contacted ZeroMold and immediately I was contacted by Zach Moore.Getting out of his way, trying to accommodate an appointment that worked for me, because I have two kids and we needed to get that done immediately.Zach was responsive, relatable, cooperative, efficient and helpful.I'm really pleased by his work ethic and persona.ZeroMold, please give this man a raise and keep hiring more people like him.
