FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would video chat for a meet and greet. I would like to introduce myself and confirm your booking, date and location. This would be a good time to mention any details that need to be mentioned. The process is quick and simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience with my cute little pup Denver and family dog. Also I have experience as a customer so I know what expectations there might be that I can meet.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As a customer, I look for someone who has the time for my dog. Preferably someone who isn’t currently working or works from home would be a good option. It’s good to be consistent with who over you choose to go with. The family who took care of my dog treated him like family and got comfortable with him. It was nice for them to see him grow, notice and learn his behaviors and point out any changes if there were any.
