- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to work with every customer to fit their needs. There is a lot of time and effort that I put into my photos, so it doesn't end when our photo session is over. I spend hours working on retouching and making sure they are perfect for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love talking with the customer and asking exactly what it is that they are looking for. I always want to meet their expectations. I absolutely LOVE new customers and meeting new people! It's more people that I get to share my love of photography with!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In high school I worked with our yearbook for all four years. So I've worked with cameras and computer programs to retouch images for several years, and I love doing it still!
