- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
all prices are negotiable. we do give the best price we can based on a formula we use. having said that there are times where a job might be easier than average and so the price will go down. and more difficult jobs will go up in price, this is very rare.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
of course introduce myself. Show them to the website or to any advertisement we have available. I want the customer to see what kind of work we do and the equipment we have.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
