When the home or building inspection is complete, our inspector will do the following: - Immediately give you a brief verbal overview of our inspector's observations and any significant problems that were discovered and discuss them with you - Tell you whether these are major issues or minor concerns - Point out any safety concerns our inspector noticed - Tell you the age of the primary systems such as air-conditioning components and water heater along with an anticipated statistical life expectancy - Tell you about any routine maintenance that should be performed - Our inspector will take the time to answer any questions you may have. We will not leave the property until all your questions are answered to your satisfaction. Within 48 hours, you will receive a highly personalized and detailed, full-color inspection report with relevant pictures taken during the home inspection or commercial property inspection.
