- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give very competitive prices but we will not perform work that we know will have future problems by installing inferior materials or work procedures. We use high quality materials and use skilled labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(1) Set On Site Appointment - for inspection (2) We give a Free Estimate onsite or on more complex jobs by email (3) Customer Approval (4) We schedule your job - Usually the same week as approval. (5) Perform all work on the estimate that you approve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Certified Roofing Contractor for the State of Florida. A state certified roofing contractor can work anywhere in the state of Florida under their license. State Certified Roofing Contractors Primary Qualifying Agent must pass very stringent exams to be able to qualify to be licensed. State Certified Roofing Contractors can also certify roofs for insurance purposes. The Primary Qualifying Agent must also have verified college credit in the construction field or Work Experience to be able to obtain a license.
