Mark with Extra Mile Roofing was great to work with, gave reasonable pricing, and did a great job with our roofing project. He spent extra time and care finding the right solution for our leaky roof. Mark was fantastic, he was on time and very easy to talk to. He is the first roofer that I have had in my 39 yrs. In Fl. that was honest and didn't try to take advantage of a senior citizen. He took care of my problem on the spot. I highly recommend his services.

I texted at 8pm and asked for a roof estimate ASAP after a leak in my ceiling, because I thought it was due to roof damage. I got prompt and professional responses. Mark came early the next morning. He checked my roof and gave me his honest opinion on my problem, which turned out not to be a roofing issue at all. Now I know who I will call if I do have an actually roofing issue. He could have fixed things that didnt need to be fixed to make money, but instead he pointed me in the direction that will really fix my problem (but doesnt benefit him financially in any way.) That kind of honesty is rare in companies these days (although it shouldnt be!)

I really needed my roof repaired before the big storms coming up this spring. Mr. Drake responded promptly by text even coming out and doing the work on Saturday which was only one day after I made the request on the job. He provided pictures and a detailed description of the work done and he did the job thoroughly and professionally. His prices are reasonable, and he used the proper tools to do the job (wearing special shoes so he wouldnt further damage the roof). I would definitely recommend Extra Mile Roofing for any roof job needed to be done. His prompt action gave me peace of mind and he showed up just before the springs rains started. I definitely plan to use them again if I need to repair or replace my roof.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give very competitive prices but we will not perform work that we know will have future problems by installing inferior materials or work procedures. We use high quality materials and use skilled labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(1) Set On Site Appointment - for inspection
(2) We give a Free Estimate onsite or on more complex jobs by email
(3) Customer Approval
(4) We schedule your job - Usually the same week as approval.
(5) Perform all work on the estimate that you approve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Certified Roofing Contractor for the State of Florida. A state certified roofing contractor can work anywhere in the state of Florida under their license. State Certified Roofing Contractors Primary Qualifying Agent must pass very stringent exams to be able to qualify to be licensed.
State Certified Roofing Contractors can also certify roofs for insurance purposes. The Primary Qualifying Agent must also have verified college credit in the construction field or Work Experience to be able to obtain a license.
