- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a good, better, and best option to choose from. We do not have large overhead or excessive machinery that is rarely needed, so our prices remain cost effective. Our pricing is fair and reasonable because we care about your trees and want everyone to be able to afford to care for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take our time to explain what is going on with your trees, such as the trees health and why specific limbs should stay or go. We can help to identify invasive species and any possible that could cause problems in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nick has trained with an arborist for seven years. He is very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge.
