Your Wedding Day Film is a Florida-based wedding videography and photography company created to help couples capture the true emotion of their special day. My name is Vanessa, and storytelling is at the heart of everything I do; whether it’s through video, photo, or content tailored for social media.
From helping you plan, to filming and photographing your wedding, to delivering your finished films and galleries within 4–6 weeks, we’re with you every step of the way. When I’m not behind the camera, you can find me spending time with my family, friends, or taking our four-year-old German Shepherd mix to the dog beach.

Our team takes on a limited number of weddings each year to give every couple our full attention; popular dates go fast, so don’t wait. We do not charge a travel fee to attend your wedding. We are a traveling photography and videography team, and no matter where your love takes you, we are honored to capture it.

Vanessa and Emilio were fantastic to work with! We picked them for our wedding videographer and they did such an amazing job capturing our big day. It was truly a great experience working with Vanessa. Our calls leading up to my wedding, she was organized, relatable and so easy to talk to! I can tell she truly cares about her craft and she so supportive. She was flexible in recording my two weddings back to back. She worked along great with my other vendors such as my wedding planner & photographer. She even calmed me down as I was frantically searching for my earrings right before walking the aisle LOL! During the call, we’ll go over your event details; including date, location, availability, and pricing to ensure we’re a great fit. From there, we’ll help you plan the best way to capture your day, offering guidance and creative ideas along the way. At Your Wedding Day Film, we make the process easy, collaborative, and tailored just for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design with a degree in Visual Studies, focusing on production and motion design, along with a minor in business. Since then, I’ve built my career in film and video production, gaining hands-on experience in storytelling, directing, and editing. My background combines creative artistry with real-world production skills, which I now bring into every wedding and event I capture.
