I have a problem with my garage door opener in which it just goes up for no reason. I had a garage door opener company come out 3 times and they never solved the problem. Each time, a few days later, the garage door would open on its own. I figured I'd try an electrician to see if there was an electrical short of some kind. I'm sorry ms. Linda that you are not 100% satisfied with our service, we give you an electrical service and did the inspection of the garage door motor and we did not find any electrical problem or a malfunction of this equipment. We explained that the problem was possibly mechanical and not electrical. We hope that in a real electrical problem we can provide a service of full satisfaction for you.
