- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we are a local small business we are able to keep our expenses low, which means passing on that savings to you- the customer! Plus, we give great customer service! We always offer free estimates that you can compare with other companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free in home consultation where will will measure your openings then go through the various options. Once that is complete we will send a quote via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joe has 20 years in the industry including carpentry, trim work, shutters, blinds, installation, and customer service. Christine has 15 years in account management, marketing, accounting, and customer service.
