We needed repair where a bit of molding was torn out, molding replaced, an exterior light fixture replaced, grab bars installed in our bathroom, and the deteriorated plastic cover on a pergola removed. Erik communicated regularly from the moment of my inquiry and arranged to handle my request as quickly as his schedule allowed which was 2 days. He arrived punctually and assessed the repair then set a price and began to work on installing new carriage lamps on either side of the garage. Erik finished this installation much faster than I imagined. Asked him to take a look at a couple of other projects around my home, and I’ll be setting up a time for Erik to handle more tasks.
