FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge by the hour for all of my services and the rate varies depending on the service. It is important to note that since I offer several services I do offer discounts to those who want to use me for different projects. For instance, if I am hired to mow your lawn then I give discounts for pressure washing, window cleaning, etc. I find this to be helpful to my customers since they know and trust me and it saves them time in having to search out others to do other tasks around their homes. It saves them effort and money by being able to help them in several areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically introduce myself and ask how I can assist them. When I get a customer who requests a quote I like to find out as much as I can about the job. If information is limited then I ask the customer if I can inspect the area that needs the service. This allows me to give them an accurate estimate and a fair assessment of what needs to be done. I welcome any questions or concerns from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in working outside maintaining homes and businesses. I own a older home where things always need to be fixed or replaced. I have completed several home improvement projects, which include landscaping. I have maintained a steady clientele for all of my services. The one thing that people enjoy the most is reliability and communication.
