Our projects are priced by scope, materials, and labor with clear upfront estimates. No surprise fees. Permit and inspection costs are paid directly by the owner. We also self perform portions of the work which helps control quality and cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you share details or photos of the project, we provide a precise estimate and outline the recommended approach. From there we schedule a walkthrough if needed and finalize scope before work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified General Contractor in Florida with a decade of hands-on construction, installation, and project management experience.
