- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, straightforward pricing with no long-term contracts. Our recurring pest control plans are affordable and designed to keep your home protected year-round. We also offer a Lawn Sign Discount: if you place one of our signs in your yard for one month, you’ll receive one free month of pest control. Pricing can vary depending on the size of the home and the type of pest issue, but we’ll always explain the cost clearly before starting any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what pest issue you’re dealing with and scheduling a convenient time to inspect and treat the property. During the first visit, our technician will look for problem areas, entry points, and conditions that may be attracting pests. Then we perform the treatment and explain what was done, what to expect, and how we’ll keep the issue under control moving forward. For recurring customers, we provide consistent service with the same technician whenever possible.
