Ian from Commercial Flooring Guys did an amazing job replacing the carpet on my stairs with vinyl flooring. He helped me pick out the correct ones to match my home and even custom ordered the nosing required. The installation was done very professionally and on quickly. My next door neighbor even came by and said she wished she had done the same in her home

I just bought my first home and needed the 700sqft covered in carpet to be removed and replaced with vinyl ASAP. I found Ian here on thumbtack and he replied to me right away. He was able to give me a quote over the phone which helped with getting the process started even faster! What I appreciated most about Ian was his transparency, especially when I bought the wrong type of vinyl! I told him I would get vinyl click and that’s of course what I thought I was buying, but Ian let me know it wasn’t and gave me the option of him going out himself to purchase the right flooring for me or him using what we had. After we looked at the flooring we bought for a while, he figured out how to use it and so I felt comfortable enough to just stick with it. It came out great! He did a great job and was willing to work past 7pm to finish the job in record time! I also needed a few other materials that I was missing and Ian was nice enough to pick them up for me and get the job done. He was a pleasure to work with.

Ian was great to work with. Not only did he do a good job he also double checked when he had questions on anything to make sure it was the way we wanted it. He also cleaned up and carried out the old floor without even needing to be asked. We will definitely use him again when we have more flooring needs.

for pricing it just depends on what you wanna get done an the material you use an how long the job will take

i talk to the customer an see how i can help them with there flooring project an i explain to them wat my process is of getting the job done from start to finish

i have a lot of time put in an experience you just get better after each job you do every job is different its always a learning experience when you start a new job
